Appointment was for 8:30am, Oscar and his crew and showed up 8:20am. His crew already knew what the job was so they broke up into two teams and went to work. My biggest concerns were my power line and my neighbors property being damaged. The power line never got touched by a branch and my neighbors property is 100% fine. They cut up the large sections of the trees and placed them where I asked. Then they raked my yard cleaning up small twigs and anything they missed. Completed the job exactly like I asked.
